SSHAC offers the following two main membership options for athletes:-

1. Junior  / Senior Track User membership

All junior athletes (under 18’s) will be required to have a Track User membership, which includes access to the track when coached and the club membership fee.

This allows free entry for SSHAC athletes to Tudor Grange athletics track during club times - Monday(when offered), Tuesday, Wednesday(hurdles only) and Thursday evenings from 18:30 – 20:00, and free entry for those training in the sports hall on Monday evenings (when offered).

 

 2. Senior Non-Track User (First Claim) / Distant University Student Occasional Track User membership

For Seniors who don’t plan to use the track regularly and students who live away from Solihull during term time and use the track occasionally during holidays.

Includes the England Athletics affiliation fee and the club membership fee.

Those Seniors with a non-track user membership who wish to use the track during club sessions, should pay a fee of £4

per session to one of the club coaches present.

Other subscriptions such as Second Claim must be agreed by the club before applying.

FEES

SSHAC MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS from 01 April 2025 until 31 March 2026

Junior / Senior Track User = £180 PA, this includes £20 EA Affiliation fee, it can be paid in full or as a £15 monthly Direct Debit.

Senior Non-Track User (First Claim) / Distant University Student Occasional Track User = £60 PA, this includes £20 EA Affiliation fee, the membership fee is to be paid in full.

​

Second Claim Track User = £156, EA Affiliation fee is not relevant, it can be paid in full or as a £13 monthly Direct Debit.

Second Claim Non-Track User = £35 to be paid in full

​

Joining Fee for new athlete members only = £25 to be paid in full.

​

Associate Member = £5 to be paid in full.

PROCESS

1. click on the "CONTACT US" icon above, this will take you to the "CONTACT US" webpage

​

2. Fill in & submit the "CONTACT US" form on the webpage telling us the age(s) of athlete(s) & disciplines of interest

​

3. Your enquiry will go to committee members who will send the details to the appropriate coaches to check for availabilty

​

4. If places are available you will be sent a link to join the club via the online "WebCollect" membership system

​

5. If places are not available the athlete(s) name(s) will go on a waiting list & you will be contacted when a place becomes available
